Holistic Depth Psychotherapy for Adults.

Therapy is about self-exploration, getting in touch with the one person who matters most — you!

What Is Holistic Depth Psychotherapy?

Holistic depth psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that explores not just the mind, but the whole self, body, emotions, and unconscious experience. It’s grounded in the principles of depth psychology, which looks beneath the surface to uncover the deeper roots of patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. These often stem from past experiences, unconscious dynamics, and undiscovered parts of yourself that are asking for attention and care.

What makes this work holistic is its focus on the whole body and the full range of human experience. In addition to talk therapy, we incorporate somatic tools—practices that help you tune into physical sensations, emotions, and bodily wisdom—to process and integrate what you're feeling. This helps create more lasting, embodied change, not just intellectual insight.

If you're looking for therapy that honors the complexity of who you are and invites both deep emotional work and body-based healing, holistic depth psychotherapy offers a powerful path toward greater connection, balance, and self-understanding.

How to Get Started

STEP 1

To start, let’s talk on the phone for 15-20 minutes. You can tell me a little bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, and I can answer any questions you may have about me or my services.

STEP 2

Next we will schedule a first session. I like to think of the first three sessions as a trial period. This gives us a chance to get to know each other to see if it feels like a good fit, and for you to get a taste of my therapy style and how I work.

STEP 3

After three sessions we will check in. When we decide to work together, we will discuss your goals and how therapy can best support you in reaching them. It will be a collaborative process and will look different for every individual client.

For you to get the most out of your therapy experience it’s important to remember, building a strong therapeutic relationship takes time. I prefer to see my clients once a week or more if needed.

Fees

$180 per session.

Sessions are 50-minutes.

Therapy sessions are offered weekly, or more as needed.

I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Please note that it’s your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to see if they cover out-of-network mental health services.
